R-2021 requires at least 75% overall attendance, rounded to the nearest integer. A student between 65% and 74% because of medical reasons (prolonged hospitalisation, accident, specific illness) or participation in sports events may be permitted to write the examinations, subject to the conditions in clause 7.2 — this is a permission on stated grounds, not a fee-based condonation.
