- We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it.
- Privacy requests (access, correction, erasure, withdrawing consent) are answered within 30 days.
- If you are not satisfied, you may approach the consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the National Consumer Helpline (1915), or — for personal data — the Data Protection Board of India.

If a result looks wrong, email the page link, what you entered and the official document that says otherwise. Corrections get priority over everything else.
