Terms of Use

Last updated 4 October 2026.

1. Agreement

By using qynto.tech you agree to these terms, which form an electronic contract under section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The site is run by Akshay Varma, who runs qynto.tech under the name Qynto. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The calculators

  • They are free, provided for general information and planning, and offered “as is”.
  • Each one applies a rule quoted from an official document, linked on the page. Your university’s marks memo, conversion certificate or a circular for your batch always prevails over any figure shown here.
  • You are responsible for checking a result before using it on an application, form or appeal. See the Disclaimer.

3. Acceptable use

Do not copy the site’s code or content for a competing service, scrape it automatically, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access that harms the site or other users.

4. Studio services

  • Every website project gets a written quote listing the pages, price, timeline and what is included. Once you accept it, the quote and these terms together are our agreement.
  • Payment is 50% to start and 50% at launch, against a written invoice. Prices are shown in Indian rupees; if GST applies it will be stated on the quote.
  • When you have paid in full, you own your website’s design, content and files. Your domain is registered in your name.
  • You confirm you have the right to use any text, photos, logos and trademarks you supply, and you are responsible for your own business content and claims.
  • Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4A. Posters and cards

  • The poster and the Bunk Report card are digital products drawn in your browser. You see a full preview, with a watermark, before you pay.
  • Paying unlocks clean downloads of that product on the device and browser you paid on. You can change the details and download again as often as you like there.
  • The files are for personal use — printing, sharing and posting are fine; reselling the maker or its designs is not.
  • They are keepsakes and jokes, not official records. Your university’s documents are the only official record of your grades and attendance.
  • A “chai” is a voluntary payment of an amount you choose, as thanks for the free calculators. Nothing is unlocked or delivered for it, it is not a donation to a charity, and it is not tax-deductible.

5. Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, code and images are © 2026 Akshay Varma. Formulas and rules belong to the universities and exam bodies that publish them; we link to their documents. University and exam names are used only to say whose rules a calculator follows.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Qynto and Akshay Varma are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free tools. For paid Studio work, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

7. Links to other sites

We link to official university and government documents. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or availability.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact the Grievance Officer first — most issues can be settled that way. Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts and consumer commissions in India.

9. Contact
